ASR COVID Statement
Your comfort and safety are the utmost importance and central in our planning for the 2022 ASR Annual Meeting. We continue to monitor the latest information coming from the national, state and local health and public authorities. We will continue to work closely with the hotel to ensure all recommended safety guidelines and health protocols are followed during our time at the hotel and we will follow the local policy regarding masks. We recommend that everyone be up to date with their Covid-19 vaccinations.
Cancellation Policy
Please refer to the instructions below for complete details on the ASRI cancellation policy:
- All cancellations must be provided in writing. Written cancellations must be emailed to manager@rickettsiology.org.
- We understand that plans may change due to circumstances beyond your control. If you are unable to attend the ASRI Annual Meeting, you may transfer your registration to another individual. Identify the person attending in your place and provide complete contact information.
- If you must cancel, please do so in writing prior to the deadline. ASRI will refund your fees according to the schedule above. We regret that we cannot refund any fees within 30 days of the meeting, as we have already made financial commitments with our meeting vendors based on then total number of registered attendees at that time.
